Education and Tips
“I've never been known as an athlete, but was trying to be more active when I experienced an injury. Alex, my physical therapist, is a great listener, is polite, friendly, and supportive, and made adjustments to my regimen as I saw progress. Alex also has a great sense of humor! He developed a plan that gave me confidence in my abilities and I made great strides in my time here. I feel like I had a real cheerleader on my side who has given me advice/direction on a continued path to further strengthen my knee and core."
"Dr. Grodzicki is extremely focused and professional, very serious about his work, as well as compassionate and attentive to each patient's recovery needs and abilities. He meets you where you are in each session, and brings you along so that you really notice your own resulting achievements and day-to-day improvements. His positive reinforcement, encouragement and educated skillset are certainly infectious. He exhibits a wonderful, caring personality, and he gets the job done!"
"I had been in pain for quite a while and had tried so many other ways to treat the sciatica/piriformis syndrome that were unsuccessful. When I had my first apointment I was skeptical and wasn't sure the pain would ever go away. After ten PT sessions with Alex and doing the work at home in between visits I was FINALLY out of pain! Alex was very knowledgeable and had various ways to treat the injury. He was great at adapting to what worked and what needed to be different. He was mindful of my vertigo and had me use a table that was elevated. Thank you Alex!"
